Werder Bremen are making a move for Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic.

The Serb is wanted on a two-season loan by Werder, which believe they have an edge on rivals in the battle for his signature.

Grujic is also wanted by Hertha Berlin after his successful loan this past season.

However, with coach Florian Kohfeldt sharing the same agent as Grujic, Werder believe they have the advantage.

Indeed, Marc Kosicke also represents Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, who has stated in recent weeks his admiration for the way Kohfeldt's team has been playing.
