Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger reckons the Premier League is the world's best because the top talent is eager to play in England. He told BBC Radio 4's 'World at One' programme he 'would agree' when asked if the Premier League led the way.

The Frenchman added: "It's the quality of the stadiums, the quality of the support, the passion that is behind every single club and the fact that the best players in the world are concentrated in the Premier League.

"All that together makes it special, and on top of that you are in the country where football has been created and somewhere when you come from abroad you feel that here it has been done and you want to be part of it."
