Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says they're putting a succession plan in place for when he moves on.
The 65-year-old believes that when he does leave, the successor will find a club in a position to "deliver something exceptional".
He told the BBC: "In a strong healthy position which means a club that has good players, good youth behind them and a strong financial position to go further up and develop even more.
"And I will do that, you can believe me.
"The guy who comes in after me is in a very strong position to deliver something exceptional."
