Arsenal will make £100 million available to manager Arsene Wenger for the summer market.
The Mirror says after leading the Premier League title chase during the first half of the season, the Gunners fell away before fending off a late burst from Everton to secure fourth place.
Wenger has already targeted a raft of summer signings to improve the squad, including Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic, Real Sociedad winger Antoine Greizmann and his team-mate Carlos Vela.
Toulouse right-back Serge Aurier has also indicated he would be keen on joining the Wenger revolution, should Bacary Sagna exercise his right to leave on a free transfer this summer.
