Arsene Wenger admitted he was frustrated with Arsenal's 1-0 loss to Swansea City on Monday night.
The Gunners dominated large chunks of the match at the Emirates Stadium only to see former goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski come up with a string of fine saves to deny them time after time.
In the 85th minute, Swansea hit Arsenal on the break with Bafetimbi Gomis heading home for his second winner over the north London club this season and prompting the following response from a clearly unsatisfied Wenger.
"It's frustrating because we lost a game where we were not under any threat to concede," he told Sky Sports.
"It was a question of finishing better, being patient and not to make a mistake at the back. We are a bit unlucky on the goal but guilty as well.
"Overall it's frustrating but there are a lot of positives in tonight's game. This type of game you play 20 times and win 19 and lose once and this was that one time.
"In patches our domination was top quality. You have to learn from defeat and we take encouragement from a defeat like that.
"Swansea deserve credit for their defensive display but they probably had the fewest passes in our half of any team here this season."
The defeat, Arsenal's first in 11 matches, left the Gunners sitting third on the Premier League table where they are three points behind Manchester City with a game in hand.
