Arsene Wenger insists his Arsenal side must look forward if they want to ensure a top-four finish this campaign.
The north London club find themselves third on the Premier League behind Chelsea and Manchester City but their spot in the top four is certainly not guaranteed as a number of strong sides are banging down the door.
"Have you seen the quality of the teams behind us? Southampton, Tottenham, Liverpool, Manchester United," said Wenger.
"The best way is to look forward and go as fast as we can. It will be down to consistency, because mathematically it is not impossible for the guys behind us to catch us, but also for us to catch the teams in front of us.
"You just have to focus on yourself and win the next game."
Arsenal next meet third-bottom QPR at Loftus Road on Wednesday night as they look to maintain the pressure on the top two.
