Wellington Phoenix forward Chris Greenacre is confident he will be fit to tackle league leaders Melbourne Victory tomorrow night.
The 31-year old Englishman injured his knee in the 4-1 loss to Brisbane Roar last week but believes he will have enough time to get himself right for a crack at the Victory, who were in devastating form against Gold Coast United in Round 16.
"(I'm a) bit disappointed, well, really disappointed to be quite honest. But I'm confident of playing - and give me another day this afternoon and a whole day tomorrow and hopefully I'll be involved," Greenacre said.
The Phoenix face a tough task in trying to quell the free-flowing Victory who have been brilliant away from home this season but if they can grab at least a point from the contest, the New Zealand club will equal an A-League record for consecutive undefeated home games.
