Former Chelsea striker George Weah believes Galatasaray striker Didier Drogba will be out to prove a point to his old fans in this week's Champions League meeting.
Chelsea travel to face Galatasaray in Istanbul on Wednesday and can expect to line up against Drogba, instrumental in leading the Turkish side to the last 16 of Europe's top-table club competition.
"He's not just going to look at the Chelsea fans in the crowd and soak up their appreciation," Weah told the Daily Mail.
"He's going to show them he's still the player they loved, and he will want to show them why he loved them.
"Chelsea fans loved Didier because he scored goals and he's a winner. He'll want to score. He'll want to beat them. It's the right thing."
