Former Newcastle United player Steve Watson believes Lee Clark can one day sit in the managerial hotseat at St James' Park.
The ex-Magpies and Fulham midfielder is currently at the helm of Championship strugglers Blackpool following stints with Huddersfield Town and Birmingham City but has the capabilities of stepping up to the Premier League according to good friend Watson.
"Lee's brilliant. I have worked under him at Huddersfied and Birmingham. They are two completely different scenarios," he told the Chronicle.
"You won't find a harder working manager than him - he is obsessed with finding success. He's very, very good. I know he will be a success.
"His dream job is Newcastle and I'd love to see him there one day."
