Watford have reportedly rejected a bid from Leicester City for Troy Deeney.
The Sun is reporting that the Hornets have snubbed a £15million proposal from the Premier League champions for their captain.
The Foxes are believed to be making moves to bring in a possible replacement for Jamie Vardy, who continues to mull over a big-money move to Arsenal.
Deeney emerged on Leicester's radar recently and it is understood the 27-year-old would be open to a move to the King Power Stadium as it would give him the chance to play in the Champions League,
However, Watford have no intention of selling their star striker and skipper who scored 13 goals in the Hertfordshire club's top flight return last season.
