Watford have topped the expenditure list for all of Europe in the January transfer window.
The Hornets forked out £33million for new players, spending the most money of any club in the UK and Europe for winter.
According to 'Soccerex Transfer Review' by Prime Time Sport,Quique Sanchez Flores' side are at the top of the charts ahead of Newcastle United, Norwich City, Stoke City and Italian club AS Roma.
Among the Watford signings were Abdoulaye Doucoure from Rennes for £8m, Nordin Amrabat from Malaga for £6m, Mario Suarez from Fiorentina for £4m and Adalberto Penaranda from Granada which saw their tally rise above all other teams in Europe.
It was quite a different looking Top 10 with three of England's promoted clubs - Watford, Norwich and Bournemouth - all featuring while Italian club Sassuolo also snuck in.
