Watford and Southampton are chasing former Tottenham attacker Paul-Jose M'Poku.

The 23-year-old currently plays for Qatari-based club Al-Arabi and saw a January move to Queens Park Rangers fall through.

M'Poku is no stranger to English football having come through the Academy ranks at Tottenham Hotspur and spending time on loan at Leyton Orient.

He left Spurs in 2011 and spent three years with Standard Liege before heading to Qatar.
