West Ham United are being linked with Spartak Moscow goalkeeper Aleksandr Maksimenko in the Russian media.

The Russia international has emerged as a target for the Hammers this season.

Metaratings via Sport Express says the Irons are eager to find a young shot-stopper to offset veterans Lukasz Fabianski (35), Darren Randolph (33) and David Martin (35) - and Maksimenko is under consideration.
