England captain Kane has failed to score so far in the Euros and was substituted midway through the second-half of Friday's 0-0 draw with Scotland.

Trippier insists Kane enjoys the full confidence of his England teammates, particularly given the work he does off the ball which often goes unnoticed in the press.
