It was announced on Wednesday that Ramos will leave Real Madrid when his contract expires at the end of this month. The former Spain captain will hold a farewell media conference today.

The defender won 22 titles as a Real Madrid player, having joined from Sevilla in 2005. Here we see Ramos enjoy some of those 22 trophies he shared with a winning Real Madrid dressing room.
