Chelsea will be hoping to maintain their fresh momentum found under manager Thomas Tuchel tonight against Newcastle United.

Chelsea go into the game having won their last four matches, including in the FA Cup at Barnsley. Victory would take the Blues above Liverpool into fourth place.
