QPR boss Neil Warnock basked in the 2-0 away win at Watford which confirmed Rangers promotion back to the Premier League. However, off the pitch QPR have to negotiate an FA hearing next week into the transfer of Argentinean midfielder Alejandro Faurlin which could result in a points deduction.
But Warnock was ignoring all of that, insisting: "It's a wonderful feeling.
"I think it's the best job I've ever done, I've got other promotions but not in such a short space of time, in 13 months from battling relegation to winning the Championship.
"Over the season the players have been magnificent. I can't fault any of them."
The FA hearing will begin on Tuesday and a decision on the seven charges facing the club is expected on Friday, the day before the final matches of the Championship season.
"I just get on with winning games," he added.
"When I looked at the coverage it destroyed us, the place was like a morgue.
"We're all guessing, we have to wait until Friday. I'm happy with what my barrister has told me.
"I don't fear anything, I was brought in to win promotion and that's what I've done.
"You can do without it as a manager but you've got to get on with it. I'll be glad when it's over and then I can talk about it."
Hornets boss Malky Mackay, whose side were the only team to beat Rangers at home this term, admitted: "They have been consistently the best team all season.
"But we joined in and tested them to the limit and matched them until 10 minutes from the end."
