Stoke City striker Jonathan Walters says a top ten finish is a major goal for the locker room.
He said a top-half finish was a highly-prized accolade because at least half-a-dozen clubs are virtually guaranteed to finish in the top 10 - leaving only three or four places up for grabs each season.
"A lot of people go into holiday mode, but we have got to carry on and keep our minds right on it until the end," he stated in The Sentinel.
"I don't think anyone here will get complacent - and nor will they allowed to be.
"Hopefully we can finish our season nice and strong.
"Swansea are flying, West Brom are doing well, and won recently at Anfield, then there is ourselves in 10th and having to keep on pushing those around us."
