League OneWalsall have extended the loan of midfielder Michael Cain from Leicester City until Saturday, 17 January. The 20 year old played in 12 games, scoring once, for Dean Smith's side in all competitions.

"It's a real boost to be able to further extend Michael's loan," said boss Smith.

"He's a talented young lad who has slotted extremely well into the team. He's made a real impact and also has a fantastic attitude and work-rate."
