Wales star Ramsey keeping quiet as Arsenal colleagues begin Euro ribbing

Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey has revealed that he is refraining from retaliation as English club mates have already started winding him about the Euro2016 clash between Wales and England.

Both home nations have been drawn in the same group for this summer's European Championships in France and Ramsey says the ribbing has already begun.

Ramsey said: "Theo [Walcott] and Kieran [Gibbs] have already been winding me up about it but I'm keeping quiet and will seeing what happens.

"It is a very exciting draw and I'm really looking forward to it. It's new for our team to be involved in there and it is going to be a great occasion for us. We will enjoy every minute.

"But while we are looking to enjoy it we also want to take it seriously and get out of the group."

The Welsh midfielder also revealed that he secretly hoped for the same group as the Three Lions.

"We've come a long way since we last played England," he added. "And to be fair I wanted England in the draw so I had a bit of luck. It'll be a great game for everyone who's involved. It will be like a derby. It will be close and could go either way."
