Wales coach Coleman wants to work abroad

Former Fulham boss Chris Coleman wants to continue his career abroad should he leave the Wales job.

Coleman said that his next job would be abroad but admitted he did not know if his employers were happy for him to continue.

"I have no ambitions to join a British club," he said, "after this campaign - and if my time was up and I wasn't going to be an international manager - I'd probably want to move abroad.

"I like working abroad. For a manager it is more tactical. And I've had one or two opportunities in the past 14 to 15 months - when I was not winning and under pressure. But I didn't jump ship. I would not. This is my country.

"We have four games left and then we will see what they (the FAW) have planned. Are they happy? I don't know."
