Theo Walcott believes Arsenal have learnt their lessons of last season and can now push on. "I think we've had the experience from the last couple of seasons of us bonding as a team," he told the club's official website.
"People say we are young players but we've had a lot of experience and we've had ups and downs." said Walcott.
"We've had a Champions League penalty shoot-out (at Roma) and no one expected us to come through that," he continued. "No one expected us to come back when Aston Villa were far ahead of us last season either. So we can learn from that."
"Getting into semi-finals will spur us onto greater things and we know not to make the same mistakes again. We will certainly learn from last season," he concluded.
