Aston Villa defender Zat Knight was thrilled to be part of Sunday's 5-1 derby victory over Birmingham City.
He added: "It was amazing, a great feeling. I knew it was going to be a tough game and I'd been thinking about it and what it meant in the build-up.
"For it to be the result it was, was a great feeling. A few of my friends are Birmingham fans and I said we were going to keep a clean sheet and win 2-0.
"We didn't keep a clean sheet, and I was a bit disappointed about that, but to get five goals was brilliant and the scoring form we have been in for the last three games has been amazing."
