Aston Villa midfielder Stephen Ireland says there's nothing wrong with Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.

And he says he's nothing like his former City teammate.

Ireland told The Sun: "People portray him as crazy and see him burning down his house and stuff like that. But he's not like that - that was his mates!

"I don't know about me being an individual like Mario. I think I'm quite boring and reserved.

"I read once I was supposed to be putting a glass shark tank under my kitchen floor but that was just something somebody put out on a forum. Sharks with kids in the house? That's not me."
