Villarreal midfielder Santi Cazorla is frustrated with the Euros being postponed 12 months.

Cazorla has admitted that he was willing to challenge for a spot in Luis Enrique's Spain squad for the 2020 European Championship.

However, following the coronavirus outbreak, the competition was moved to 2021 and the 35-year-old, who has been impressive this season, expressed his disappointment.

"It is frustrating," Cazorla told #Vamos.

"I had the hope of going to the European Championship.

"I am aware that I am already 35 years old and that every day it becomes more difficult."
