Etienne Capoue has welcomed new arrival Giovani Lo Celso to Villarreal.

Lo Celso has joined Villarreal on-loan from Capoue's former club Tottenham.

Capoue said, “He's here because he's good a lot of quality, he will show that here and he will help us to do good things on the pitch. If he arrived on the last day of the transfer window, it's because he is going to be important for us. He's an international who has played for great clubs."

He also said: “LaLiga is the most import challenge for us. We want to be in the top five at the end of the season, but it's not easy, because it's a long season. If we don't win the big matches, we won't be there. We also have the challenge of the Champions League. We've got nothing to lose and we're going to enjoy this competition."
