Villarreal midfielder Etienne Capoue was proud to win the Europa League against Manchester United.

The former Watford and Tottenham midfielder was named Man of the Match afterwards.

Capoue said, "I was not thinking about winning this trophy when the season started [and I was at Watford] but everything happens for a reason. I got the opportunity to come here and ended up lifting the trophy and that's the most important thing for us.
