Tottenham are making wing-back Danny Rose available.
The Daily Mail says Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion have reacted to a signal from Tottenham that Great Britain midfielder Rose, 22, will be allowed to go on loan to gain Premier League experience.
Rose is up for the move as he seeks regular first team action.
