David Villa says he's enjoyed his first weeks with Atletico Madrid.

Big expectations are on the shoulders of the former Barcelona striker following his surprise move last month.

"Little by little I'm adjusting to the team," commented El Guaje.

"I feel great. During this week we worked hard. They, my teammates, have a defined system because they are virtually the same team that played last season.

"I am slowly getting used to the ideas and improving."
