Sunderland midfielder David Vaughan was left frustrated with their 1-1 draw against Norwich City.

The Wales international was given a rare start by manager Martin O'Neill.

"It was a frustrating game to play in, given the circumstances." Vaughan admitted to safc.com.

"After their goalkeeper was sent off it became very difficult to get behind Norwich and create chances."
