Vasco da Gama presidential candidate Luiz Roberto Leven Siano has revealed big signing plans if he wins election.

Siano announced his plans for the Brazilian side to FOXSports.com.br, which he hopes include Mario Balotelli (Brescia), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (AC Milan) and Sebastian Giovinco (Al Hilal).

“We're negotiating, trying to build the Vasco of our dreams," he vowed.

“Balotelli and Ibrahimovic have the same agent. Ibrahimovic would be a more daring project.

“Right now we don't have to think about which great players will arrive, only that we'll bring in great players.

“If it's not one then it'll be another. If we have players at the level of Balotelli and Giovinco then we'll have a competitive team."
