Vancouver Whitecaps set to miss out on former USA boss Bradley

Vancouver Whitecaps are almost certain to miss out on the services of Bob Bradley according to The Province.

The former USA and Egypt national team manager was being heavily linked with the Whitecaps vacancy but is appears as though he may sign with Norwegian Premier League side Stabaek.

With the Whitecaps missing out on Bradley and their other target Frank Yallop, who joined Chicago Fire, it opens a path for Martin Rennie's former assistant Carl Robinson of Toronto FC and New York Red Bulls fame.

The 37-year old former Wolves, Portsmouth, Sunderland and Norwich City midfielder has now emerged as the favourite to take the role at BC Place.
