Robin van Persie is likely to be recalled to Manchester United's starting line-up for this week's Champions League opener.
The Dutch striker came on in the second half of the Red Devils' 4-0 home win over Wigan Athletic on Saturday with Sir Alex Ferguson deciding to rest him for the majority after he had a slight injury he suffered whilst playing for Holland last week.
van Persie netted a hat-trick in the last Premier League fixture before the Latics win (against Southampton) and should be in the starting eleven for tomorrow night's clash with Gala at Old Trafford alongside fellow summer signing Shinji Kagawa who was not used on the weekend.
