Marco van Ginkel sees an opening at Chelsea following Frank Lampard's departure.

Van Ginkel overcame a serious knee injury to make the bench for Chelsea towards the end of last season.

"Too bad he's leaving, even for the club.

"But for me it is an advantage, though, you never know if they are going to buy a new player to replace Lampard," he said.
