Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal insists he has a positive relationship with fans. Van Gaal has been critical of the chants of "4-4-2, 4-4-2" from away supporters this season.
But he says: "Unbelievable. In spite of your criticism, fantastic.
"Thank you, I am so honest now. I can repeat it, more than 80 per cent.
"It is not the first time that the fans have been amazing. When you see at Preston North End (in the FA Cup win), in the second-half we are behind after two minutes and the fans are supporting us until the end.
"That is not the first time, it happens every match that they are supporting in spite of being behind, and we have had a lot of matches that we were behind in which we then won or drew.
"So, I cannot complain about the fans, they are fantastic."
