Rafael van der Vaart has urged Hamburg teammate Heung-Min Son to stay next season.
Son is interesting Tottenham and Liverpool.
"Son will be noticed by the big clubs, but he can play better and develop with us than with an internationally renowned club sitting on the bench," argued Van der Vaart.
