Borja Valero has resigned himself to returning to West Brom for preseason training.

West Brom have already rejected an approach from Sevilla for the Spanish midfielder.

Valero said: "They have informed me that on July 3 I have to be in England.

"I do not know how negotiations are going, because it is a topic I want to leave directly with my agent.

"I would rather be resting in Mallorca, on the beach, although I admit it's hard when what is at stake is your future."
