Chelsea are set to release defender Slobodan Rajkovic.
Rajkovic is set to join French side Valenciennes but it remains to be seen whether it will be on loan or on permanent deal.
L'Equipe is reporting that the 22-year-old will sign for the Ligue 1 side as the Serbian is unable to gain a work permit because he has not played enough competitive matches.
Rajkovic moved to Chelsea in 2007 from OFK Beograd but has been loaned out every season to PSV Eindhoven, FC Twente and Vitesse,
