Two-goal Juan Mata was thrilled with his performance in last night's 3-2 victory over Barcelona in the Copa del Rey semifinals.

The former Real Madrid midfielder declared: "Yes, I am very happy, to score well but, mainly, to have reached the final. Personally, I am playing well because I have continuity. The coach is backing me and I want to score many goals.

"I only think about what I can do for the team. To see if we can continue obtaining victories."

Mata added: "We now have Real Madrid on Sunday (in the Liga). We must not concede anything. We're far away from the European places, but everything is possible."
