The agent of Joaquin has performed an about-face and declared a move to Blackburn Rovers cannot be ruled out for the Valencia winger.
"A transfer is complicated because it requires three criteria to be fulfilled - there's the player, his current club and the buying club.
"Since May Joaquin has been in a very complicated situation.
"In recent months I have spoken to up to four different sporting directors. One day they tell me A, the next week it's B and then C! The player has got dizzy!
"That's why I have come to Valencia to speak again with the club."
Rovers had representatives at the Mestalla on Sunday to see Valencia defeat Real Madrid in the Supa Copa.
