Valencia are considering selling Geoffrey Kondogbia.
The midfielder is being linked with Newcastle United and Tottenham.
The London Evening News says reports in Spain have suggested the north London side will bid in the region of €40million for Kondogbia, who has a release clause of €80m.
But he could leave for significantly less - especially if Valencia fail to qualify for next season's Champions League.
Kondogbia, a €25m signing from Inter Milan in 2018, is out of contract in 2022 and Valencia will want to make a profit on the midfielder.
That could see him in the market at around €30m after three seasons at Valencia.
