Valencia teenager Carlos Badal is being tracked by Chelsea.
The Mirror says Chelsea scouts have been impressed by the Los Che defender, 15.
Badal was a revelation in a recent youth tournament and Chelsea are now set to make an offer to try to lure him to England.
The young centre half currently plays in the youth team with Los Che.
