Valencia are sounding out interested clubs about their young strike-pair Javier Arizmendi and Juan Mata.

Mata has arrived at the Mestalla on a Bosman from Real Madrid, while Valencia snapped up Arizmendi also from Real via Atletico Madrid.

However, with seven forwards in coach Quique Sanchez Flores' squad, both young strikers are set to be sent away on-loan for the coming season. Getafe have shown interest in Mata, while Valencia are keen to send Arizmendi to Racing Santander as part of Nikola Zigic's deal.
