Valencia are interested in off contract Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole.
Radio Cadena Ser says Valencia chiefs see the England international as a replacement for new Manchester City signing David Silva.
While they cannot match the contract offers of Premier League clubs, Cole's Bosman status would allow Valencia to table the midfielder a bumper signing-on fee and relocation allowance.
