Arsenal are being urged to make an offer for Valencia star Juan Mata.
The Daily Mail says having made contact with the Spanish club, Arsenal have been told that an offer of around £20million will be enough to land the left-footer.
Arsene Wenger's transfer plans will be dictated by whether or not they manage to keep hold of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri.
Mata has also been linked with Chelsea and Manchester United this week.
