Valencia coach Unai Emery is convinced he's worked with gay colleagues.

Emery said: "Everything has a process. The world is opening up, though the world of football is difficult to open.

"In the dressing room no (have I come across gay players), but in the environment I work in. I think I have had gay colleagues and they have never said anything to me.

"If a player was to admit it, I would be delighted. I think then we can control what happens."
