Viagogo has agreed a ticketing deal with Valencia CF, reports SportsPro. The new partnership will see Viagogo become the official global secondary ticket source for all of the Liga BBVA side's home matches at the Mestalla stadium, with fans able to buy and sell tickets through its website.
Viagogo has similar arrangements in place with the likes of Premier League clubs Chelsea, Manchester City and Aston Villa, the ATP World Tour Finals and with the Spanish Olympic Committee.
Valencia marketing and communications director Damià Vidagany said: "We are very pleased to partner with the leader in the ticketing market, Viagogo, in the process of internationalisation that we are conducting. For this reason, the arrangement is very positive for our club and our fans because now we can offer all Valencianistas, both Spain and in the rest the world, an accessible and safe to buy tickets for our matches."
Edward Parkinson, the Viagogo director of marketing, said: "We are delighted to be working with a big Spanish football club like Valencia. The new service will allow more fans to buy tickets to games. From now on, the Mestalla will enjoy extra support in every game played there."
