Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has fired a warning at "laid back" Simon Mignolet. The An?eld club are continuing to monitor former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes' fitness as the Spaniard, 32, recovers from a knee injury.
Should he make a healthy return, Liverpool are expected to offer him a contract next month.
That leaves Mignolet under pressure as his boss called for more fight.
Rodgers said: "I think Simon is a bit laid back. The key thing is to make sure you are on the front foot and aggressive."
