Utrecht still have hope of keeping hold of midfielder Michael Silberbauer.
The Dane is off contract in June and keen to move to the UK, where Celtic, Newcastle United and Bolton Wanderers are all keen to snap him up on a Bosman.
Utrecht chief Foeke Booy said: "If Michael wants to talk about a new contract, he must come to us.
"We have been trying to extend his contract, but his agent never came with a counteroffer in response to our proposal."
