USA's Gulati to go head-to-head with Mexico's Compean

FIFA have announced the two men who will run for the soon-to-be vacant position in the executive committee.

With Chuck Blazer announcing that he would not seek re-election for a fifth term with CONCACAF, FIFA will open the role to one of two men.

US Soccer president Sunil Gulati and Mexico Football Federation president Justino Compean will battle it out to replace Blazer who is set to bow out as CONCACAF's secretary general.

CONCACAF's 40 member associations will vote on who out of Gulati and Compean will replace Blazer in Panama City on April 19 with the elected expected to be added to FIFA's Executive Committee.
